General terms and conditions of sale

Article 1: Scope of application.

By validating the order, the customer declares that he/she has read and accepted the present general sales conditions.

Article 2: Validity of offers.

All our offers are valid within the limits of available stocks and subject to typographical errors.
The company shall not be held responsible for any stock shortage that would lead to a delay in delivery. Exceeding the delivery time cannot give rise to damages.
If we are unable to fulfil your order in full, we will call you promptly to inform you of the restocking date. If you wish to cancel all or part of your order we will immediately re-credit your credit card or give you a gift voucher.

Article 3 : Order.

All orders will only be taken into account after acceptance of payment by our bank. We reserve the right to cancel an order that does not comply with the terms of the contract or is questionable.

Article 4 : Prices.

The prices indicated are in euros and include all taxes.
Prices are net and exclude shipping and delivery costs. The contribution to shipping costs varies according to the number of products ordered and the country of shipment.
The company reserves the right to modify its prices and delivery charges at any time if unforeseeable elements occur.
In certain cases, you may be asked to pay additional shipping costs: large containers or emergency orders.

Article 5 : Delivery.

At the time of delivery, check the contents of all packages and compare them with your order. In the event of a dispute, make precise reservations in the presence of the deliveryman, on the delivery note that you must sign, then call us within 48 hours. We will do what is necessary to rectify the problem as soon as possible and make the refund, if necessary, by cheque or by re-crediting your bank card.

Article 6 : Return.

In application of the provisions of Book VI of the Code of Economic Law, the customer has a period of fourteen clear days from the date of delivery of the order to return the item delivered, in its original packaging, for exchange or refund, without penalty, with the exception of the return costs. In all cases, the customer must inform the company (by e-mail or telephone) before returning the goods.

Article 7: Payment.

The payment of the goods is made at the time of the order by credit card or other accepted electronic payment method.

Article 8 : Responsibility.

The company has an obligation of means concerning the services offered to the customer, however its responsibility could not be committed in the event of failure of one of its obligations due to facts independent of its will (strikes, catastrophes, data-processing or material breakdowns, problems of connection to Internet...).
